The customer can cancel 15 days in advance of the date of his activity, no penalty, total refund applied. From 8 to 14 days, 50% penalty. From 7 to the date of activation, 100% penalty. No refund is made in the event of rain.

If the activity is cancelled by Vacances Essipit, it will be possible to postpone the activity or your entire reservation will be refunded.

Condo-hotels, cottages and ready-to-camp (little house, tent, cabin refuge)

At the time of booking, a deposit is taken either the highest amount of one night at the regular rate or 25% of the total amount of the invoice.

Booking made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is valid for 1 year from the arrival date, no refund and cannot be postponed more than once.

Reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, refund of deposit.

Cancellation 24 hours and less, the deposit is not refundable.

If you leave your accommodation before the scheduled date, no refund is possible. In addition, unused days are not transferable to another stay.

Full payment is required when booking. In case of cancellation, one night will be retained and non-refundable. The reservation is not redeemable or transferable to another name. You can change your dates of stay up to 24 hours before your arrival.

For the rental of seasonal land, a deposit of 25% of the total cost will be required in April and non-refundable in case of cancellation. The balance will be payable at the beginning of the season.

No refund will be made if you leave your campsite before the planned end of your stay and unused days cannot be transferred.


For booking, a credit card is required. The guest has 7 days to cancel free of charge from the date of booking the stay.

A 25% deposit of the total invoice amount is required.  The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred the following season and cannot be carried forward more than once.

No refund is possible if you leave before the planned end of your stay and unused days cannot be transferred to another stay.

The full payment of your bill can be done online by clicking on the link of your “reminder email” sent 2 days before your arrival.

Reservations for subsequent years, a deposit is required before November 1 of the current year.    Otherwise, the deposit will be automatically charged to the credit card of the customer who made the reservation.
