Part of Innu ancestral lands, Lac Bernier outfitter offers all the advantages of great sport fishing in a majestic setting—all while being in protected territory. Native brook trout are abundant throughout the entire season.
There is also a variety of outdoor activities, such as small and big game hunting, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating and swimming. The 2 cozy and intimate cottages contribute to the outfitter’s natural charm.

* For their safety, children in watercraft must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
** Fishing and quota rights are issued for adults and children. They are included in the family package. Children without a license can fish by using a parent’s license, according to applicable law. Fish caught by the child are included in the adult’s quota, however you can buy a license for the child if you would like to benefit from an additional half-quota.

* Campfires or open fires are permitted, as long as the head ranger approves it. The head ranger will check the forest fire index and will notify you where to make the fire.
** ATVs are permitted as long as you do not disturb other users’ peace and quiet.
Some activities are completely free, such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating, unsupervised swimming in the lakes and observing wildlife.
Other activities, like whale watching tours in a zodiac and black bear watching, are available for a small fee. For more information, contact our Reservation and Information Centre, which is open 7 days per week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
