Full payment is due when booking online or by telephone.
Cancellation by the customer :
More than 30 days before the activity, full refund will apply.
Between 15 and 30 days before the activity, 50% refund will apply.
Less than 15 days before the activity, no refund will be applicable.
No changes will be accepted less than 15 days before the scheduled activity.

Cancellation by Mer et monde écotours :
In the event of bad weather (strong wind or storm), the activity can be postponed to a later date, or a full refund will be given.
In the event of an insufficient number of participants registered for the activity 7 days before the scheduled departure date (minimum 6 participants), Mer et monde will offer you other date options for rescheduling your expedition.
In the event of cancellation during the expedition, reimbursement will be made on a pro-rata basis for the unpaid days scheduled.
In the event of an alternative itinerary, no compensation is applicable and reimbursement will be made pro-rata for the days not paid for.

Cancellation by customer :
Cancellation free of charge until July 1, 2024.
Full payment due (remaining 75%) by August 1, 2024, otherwise reservation cancelled and deposit retained… no deposit refund applicable.
No refund in case of rain.
Cancellation by Mer et monde écotours :
If cancelled by Mer et monde before the trip in the event of insufficient participants (6 minimum by August 10, 2024) or major unfavorable weather forecasts, a full refund will be applied.
In the event of cancellation during the expedition, reimbursement will be made pro rata to the number of unpaid days scheduled.
In the event of an alternative itinerary, no compensation is applicable and a pro-rata refund will be made for the days not covered.
Condo-hotels, cottages and ready-to-camp (little house, tent, cabin refuge)
At the time of booking, a deposit by credit card is taken either the highest amount of one night at the regular rate or 25% of the total amount of the invoice.
Booking made more than 30 days before the arrival date; the highest amount of one night including taxes or 25% of the total amount of the invoice. The deposit is valid for 1 year from the arrival date, no refund and cannot be postponed more than once.

Campgrounds
Full payment is required when booking. In case of cancellation, one night will be retained and non-refundable. The reservation is not redeemable or transferable to another name. You can change your dates of stay up to 24 hours before your arrival.

For one person less in the reservation, the deposit of that person is non-refundable and non-transferable. This will be a loss of deposit.
The full payment of your bill can be done online by clicking on the link of your “reminder email” sent 2 days before your arrival.
Reservations for subsequent years, a deposit is required before November 1 of the current year. Otherwise, the deposit will be automatically charged to the credit card of the customer who made the reservation.
